*[[ My new haircut ]]*
My daddy cut my hair tonight.
No more bushy curly hair on my head as my hair is natural curl.

How I came to this family.
When I was a puppy, I was always kept inside a cage with a few other schnauzers puppies.
I am not sure whether they are my siblings but they were sure as black as me.
There were this couple looking at the cage where I was in for quite sometime.
After a while, I was being carried out with two other puppies.
Yes! freedom at last!
I was allowed to walk on the floor with such a big open space.
It was cold and I was shivering all over.
The other two puppies walked away from the girl that was looking at us.
I was attracted to the ten big big "nipples" in front.
"MILK MILK!" *hallucinating*
Walked wobbly towards it but the "nipples" stepped back each time whenever I nipped on it.
I gave no chance as I was hungry and kept on pestering the "nipples"
The girl in front of me smiled and carried me nervously.
After a long journey in a car ride in the girl's arms, I was in where I am now today!
A place where I call home.
The girl become my mama not forgetting that there is my daddy too.
BTW, my mama finally told me that the so-called "nipples" that I saw are actually her toes.

On the first night, I was sleeping alone in a new cage in the living room.
Feeling lonely,(because no other puppies around) scare and bored, I wailed in the wee hours.
Then the lights were on back.
Mama came out of her room and tried to play with me for a while.
I got it now, so whenever I cry, Mama will come out to play with me.

However, the trick did not work the next day.
Mama did some reading up on dogs. - see
Your Puppy's First Night
Chances are good that the first night your puppy is in his new home, both of you will get little sleep. You can hardly blame your puppy for having difficulty sleeping. Dogs are creatures of habit and routine. Your puppy will miss his mother and littermates and will feel uncomfortable in his new surroundings until he forms a bond with you. Like a young child, your puppy has little control over his emotions and even though he may cry, scolding him will do nothing but cause him to fear you. If your puppy cries for you to come to him for the first few nights, your constant appearance, whether to comfort or scold, will only serve to reinforce the fact that he can make you appear with his cries.
After that, I slept quietly throughout the following nights.
